Salary Range: $70k-$85k

Food & Beverage Manager

Job Description Overview:

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for communicating and upholding food and alcoholic beverage service standards in all TOCA centers within the region they are assigned to. This position will provide ongoing training support in the F&B area, with an emphasis on food safety, basic food handling and food preparation skills. You will be a chief motivator, provide direction, mentoring, in the moment coaching and training for exempt and non-exempt associates assigned to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance to maximize sales and revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
• Develops food and alcoholic beverage programs to ensure that the quality standards, legal requirements, and sanitation regulations are met
• Monitors food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner
• Schedules and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity
• Takes budgeting, cost controls and profit performance into consideration when developing Food & Beverage programs
• Assists in the development and facilitates the implementation of marketing and advertising strategies for Food & Beverage
• Updates and coordinates implementation of standard operating procedures including the Core Menu Manual and F&B Book
• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies
• Completes reviews, absence reports, supervise staff with time and attendance along with work ethics
• Schedules staff hours and assign duties

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software
• Deep knowledge of the F&B industry
• Ability to forecast food and beverage needs
• Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Great delegation skills
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred 
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with multisite operations focused on F&B

Physical Requirements: 

• Up to 90% travel
• Must be able to stand or sit for extended period of time
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
