The ideal candidate for this position is financially motivated, goal oriented, and can fearlessly sell over the phone. Must be dependable, self-disciplined, and able to perform under limited supervision.

Financial industry experience is not required, but coachability, adaptability, and willingness to learn are absolute musts.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Prospect top-performing financial advisor leads over the phone.
  • Effectively sell features and benefits of the various wealth management firms we represent, deftly overcome objections, and schedule appointments for qualified candidates to meet with a local hiring manager.
  • Consistently exceed performance targets and daily key performance indicators
  • Utilize proven sales process and techniques
  • Research lead contact information using various online resources and keep information up to date in the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

This opportunity offers:

  • Competitive base, weekly bonuses, and uncapped commissions
  • Earn $60,000 - $80,000 in first year, top performers earn $100,000 - $300,000 annually.

Required skills & experience

  • At least 2 years sales experience, cold calling experience preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Must be tech savvy (experience using Salesforce, CRM, or VOIP system is a plus)
