The primary roles of the Help Desk Technician is to configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets, monitor and maintain the TLC IT Ticket system, which involves reaching out to staff who have submitted trouble tickets, resolve the ticket in a timely manner and close tickets after successful completion.
