Job Description:

As an E-commerce Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback via various online channels, including email, live chat, and social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via email, live chat, and social media.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customers’ problems or complaints.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and marketing, to address customer issues and improve the overall shopping experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications:
