Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Must have valid drivers license and transportation, Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background search before hiring. Must be physically able to perform the work.
Responsibilities:
-Fill in for full time maintenance persons days off and assist when working together
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, take dumpster to curb for pick up, empty trash cans, police grounds, mowing grass
-Arrange pool furniture, take chemical readings in pool, clean grills
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Minor electrical knowledge to diagnose and repair electrical issues
- Customer service skills to interact with staff and vendors, co-workers, guests and manager
- Dependable, on time, has valid license and transportation to and from work
- Self starter, finds things to do on your own
