We are seeking an experienced and passionate Network Engineer to join our company. The Network Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring enterprise network infrastructure (wired and wireless), supporting and troubleshooting data networks, and ensuring high availability for business solutions.
Critical Job Functions:
● Support current deployment of LANs, WANs, and Wireless networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, load balancers, and other network-related hardware.
● Serve as a technical resource for resolving network problems.
● Participate in projects to improve/upgrade network infrastructure.
● Research and identify network deficiencies or enhancements to improve performance.
● Analyze network activity and problems to prevent systematic errors.
● Document procedures, keep network diagrams up to date, and maintain related materials.
● Utilize enterprise-level tools and products for network services.
● Provide timely feedback on assignment status and resolve issues.
● Maintain a positive work attitude and foster teamwork.
● Participate in tier 2 and tier 3 network operations support.
● Maintain 24x7x365 coverage and support for the network.
● Define, plan, and coordinate network projects.
