Position Type: Contract
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
* Create and maintain a complete technical documentation library that will serve as reference for the team but will also be used in the future as our team's official training program for new Engineers.
* Configure and install software, servers, routers, Firewalls, and other network devices.
* Monitor network performance and integrity
* Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and on prem infrastructure.
* Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
* Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability.
* Maintain and support our Network infrastructure (AWS/Azure, VPNs, security groups, Palo Alto FWs, F5 ASM, Aruba wireless.)
* Automation Terraform and/or Ansible experience is desirable.
* Solarwinds monitoring and other features such as NCM and SNOW integrations
* Support other teams and IT areas at the bank with their initiatives and projects.
* Excellent communication skills
