Tiphanie's is hiring hosts. This is a perfect summer job for high school or college students home for break.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Wait on customers at the bakery counter.
- Work a cash register.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next guests

Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services protocols

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting trays or other items weighing up to 25 pounds. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also required.
