We are known for our exceptional food quality, extensive wine selection, and vibrant atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team.

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Dining Room Manager who will oversee all aspects of our dining room operations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of wine, food, and customer service, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the dining room staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
  • Train and mentor dining room staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and wine pairings.
  • Create and maintain a positive and professional working environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Monitor dining room inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize table turnover and optimize revenue.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dining room management or supervisory role, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, food pairings, and menu items.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • Proficiency in restaurant POS systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.33 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
