The Temporary Customer Service Representative (CSR) will coordinate and schedule deliveries and pick-ups with customers. Exceptional service, attention to detail, responsibility, and clear communication will be keys to the success of the CSR. This position liaises with dealers, customers, and delivery technicians to determine the best routes, times, and methods to complete delivery and/or pick-ups. The CSR will prepare the paperwork necessary for the delivery technician to complete deliveries and/or pick-ups, and must maintain a healthy working relationship with the delivery technicians, as they serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting routes, customer inquiries, etc.

Duties:

· Interacts with internal and external contacts via telephone, email, and online chats, to plan routes for deliveries and pick-ups.

· Creates and maintains documents for efficient delivery routes and accurate set-up information, understanding equipment limitations (truck & trailer size, delivery and set-up tool, etc).

· Communicates directly with customers about delivery specifics-hazards, obstacles, road work, building foundation information, etc.

· Accepts and processes payments related to delivery-block payments, remaining balances, and/or accessories.

· Works in multiple software platforms and programs including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills including active listening.

· Ability to multi-task.

· Ability to read maps and understand geographic locations.

· Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

· Comfortable working with office equipment (printer, scanner, phone, etc).

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Customer service experienced preferred.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel preferred.

Compensation:

· Employee will be compensated hourly with a pay range between $14-17 per hour, depending on experience.
