Position Summary The Creative Marketing Strategist Intern will play a pivotal role in developing and leading innovative marketing programs at Johnny Clean Car Wash. Role and Responsibilities: As a Creative Marketing Strategist Intern, you will be equipped with the tools and resources to create, lead, and execute marketing campaigns that will enhance both brand awareness and revenue. You will receive exceptional support from our partners at Max Connect and Wiser Insights, as well as our dedicated team members and stakeholders. Key initiatives you will lead include: -Student Experience Campaign: Develop and execute a campaign titled "Johnny Clean Partners with College Students," offering premium single washes for $10 and Premium Unlimited washes for $19.99 with a student ID, a savings of 50%! Manage a budget and lead a team to bring this vision to life. -Guerilla Marketing: Design and implement guerilla marketing strategies. Hire and lead a team that embodies our brand, building relationships with apartment managers and co-branding with other businesses. -Grand Opening Events: Spearhead and organize the grand opening of our new Pickett Rd location. Ensure the event is a standout success with the provided budget and support. -Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts to elevate our online presence through creative and strategic thinking. Compensation and Benefits: -Hourly Rate: $20 per hour -Flexible Hours and Schedule: We understand the importance of balancing work and studies. -Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $3500 yearly. -Bonus Program: Collaborate to establish a bonus program that reflects your contributions and the success of our campaigns.
