Your 3 -5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching team members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Management experience required

• Servsafe Manager Certification required
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to bend, twist, reach overhead, below waste and knees
• Able to perform repetitive motion activities, as well as stand in one place for periods of time
• Able to tolerate short term exposure to temperatures between 0-40F, while counting, rotating and receiving inventory
• Able to communicate through headset / over speaker to guests in drive thru
• Able to perform daily managerial tasks including leading teams, managing financial aspects of business, performing tasks required to operate
• Able to teach, train and develop others
