The Pub Manager will be accountable for the coordination and oversight of all daily shifts. The Shift Manager manages people as well as ensures that all patrons and employees have a high quality experience. The Pub Manager may act as a GM in his/her absence and assist in sales/cost analysis, performance management, food quality, customer satisfaction, and cleanliness/sanitation.
