Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for onboarding new sellers to TikTok Shop platform via massive channel
  • Make massive acquisition strategy and plan via data analysis and massive leads mining
  • Massive outreach to potential leads via email outbound and 2B advertising, and guide the leads to self-serve onboard
  • Work closely with tech & product teams to build up and keep optimizing the onboarding funnels to reach higher conversion rate and better seller experience
  • Collaborate and partner with internal, XFN teams to coordinate resources and drive vendor acquisition results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Interest in e-commerce business; Internship experience in e-commerce or a solid understanding of the industry landscape is advantageous.
  • All candidates must be an MBA Graduate within a year prior to potential start dates.
  • Quick learner, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
  • Structured and original thinking, strong data sense, analytical skills, and judgment capability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, adept at driving progress.
  • Passion for business and a drive for higher goals.
  • Previous experience with e-commerce beneficial for a quick ramp-up to the ecosystem.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $143555 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
