Tikras Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team. As a cybersecurity professional, you will be responsible for leading a team to design, implement, maintain, and upgrad security measures to protect our organization’s computer networks, systems, and data from cyber-attacks. You will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Sample Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, including the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Risk Management Framework (RMF) or similar cybersecurity frameworks.
• Subject Matter Expert of FISMA/NIST regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of successfully managing cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Work Environment:

This is a remote position where the majority of the work will be conducted at the incumbent's personal office space and less than 5% intended travel to the client's location. At either location, the incumbent will require extended periods of sitting, typing, and using a computer. When working at the client’s location, the incumbent will be working in an office environment, which may include moderate noise levels.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
