Description:

Currently seeking an APM / Project Engineer to support the lead Project Manager for the Virginia Beach VA office This individual will be working on-site in the trailer and will be acting as the Project Manager's "right-hand". They will be responsible for performing submittals, tracking changes, receiving drawings, and getting them distributed. In addition, they will someone that can perform scheduling by tracking the schedule, updating the schedule, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-4 year degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

-4-5 years' experience as Assistant Project Manager

-Experience as APM from a General Contractor

-Good job tenure

-Ability to perform submittals, tracking changes, receiving drawings and distributing them, scheduling, etc.

-Demonstrate dependability and initiative
