Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Food Prep process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
- Develop and implement Prep schedules to meet customer demand
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure availability of necessary materials
Skills:
- Knowledge of food production processes, including sanitation practices, food safety regulations, and HACCP principles
- Mathematical skills for inventory management and production planning
- Familiarity with FDA/USDA regulations and requirements for the food industry
- Ability to fabricate or modify equipment as needed to improve production processes
