Job description
Customer service representative (CSR) position is to assist customers with questions and concerns they may have regarding their service needs. A CSR is the first point of contact and may handle a large volume of incoming calls.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their appointments, basic product information and overall concerns customers may have.
• Maintain a level of professionalism at all times to ensure the customers needs are being taken care of.
• Update customers information on their account during their call.
• Contact customers for any information needed to complete their service call or possible reschedules.
• Must have the ability to work normal business hours. Company hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. May have occasional overtime.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Call center/phone experience a plus
• Basic computer skills

Bi-lingual is a plus but not a requirement

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
