We are a family owned and operated air conditioning & heating repair company, looking for rock-star customer-oriented service representatives who are patient, empathetic, and are genuinely excited to help customers. As a CSR, you will act as a liaison; provide information about our HVAC services and membership programs; resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency; and uphold our company values of Honesty, Integrity and Reliability in all interactions.

• $16-18 monthly commissions & bonuses

Schedule:

• Friday-Tuesday 7am-3pm
• Monday-Friday 10-6pm
• Monday-Friday 12-8pm
• Monday-Friday 2-10pm
• Tuesday-Saturday 2-10pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Customer Service - Inbound and Outbound Calls (75-125 calls/day)
• Schedule appointments - emergency, service, & routine maintenance
• Data entry - transcribing work order information into CRM
• Account assistance - take payments, answer questions, give status updates
• Outbound contact - reminding previous customers about maintenance visits and seasonal specials.
• Membership liaison - explaining plan benefits, assisting with renewals and scheduling recurring services.
• Participate in ongoing learning, training and growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experience in customer service
• Friendly, personable and positive
• Ability to multitask and prioritize proficiently
• Willingness to work with a team and provide support where needed.
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Familiar with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs
• Service Titan or similar CRM experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to pass a drug and background check
