The successful candidate will have experience in professional services and consulting, combines technical logic and sales acumen with exceptional communication skills, leadership, and exudes a savvy business demeanor. Must be able to navigate different personalities to assess customer needs and requirements – with enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales process.
You will work autonomously, and must have strong time management and organizational skills, working remotely as well as at our HQ location in Columbia, MD for meetings and occasional face to face collaboration.
Summary:
Leads the lifecycle of new commercial business opportunities, regarding our cybersecurity and training solutions, working directly with leadership to build and expand business. Drives sales strategy, efforts, and supports capture, proposal development, and service delivery. Oversees the Business Development Representative for lead generation, qualifying opportunities, proposal responses, and necessary negotiation to close opportunities.
