SUMMARY:

Responsible for owner-direct selling of bundled performance contracting opportunities and team selling of existing account opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assesses target markets to analyze potential opportunity.
• Presents the performance contracting concept to executive buyers.
• Ensures that proposals are professional.
• Manages internal and external engineering/project management resources through job development.
• Interfaces with AMS process manager and technical support.
• Facilitates financing and legal/contract review process.
• Monitors customer's satisfaction.
• Meets or exceeds gross margin requirements.
• Minimize risk by developing sound monitoring and/or service plan requirements.
• Takes personal responsibility for customer inquiries, requests, and problems. Corrects problems promptly and un-defensively.
• Keeps customers updated.
• Manages tasks associated with complex sales cycles.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university (engineering or marketing preferred); and two to three years related sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have strong strategic selling and sales presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
