Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Proactively identify and generate new leads for ezEvent through various channels, including cold outreach, social media, tradeshows, and networking.
Prospect Research : Conduct comprehensive research on potential clients to understand their event management needs and tailor your outreach to address those needs effectively.
Lead Qualification : Assess and qualify leads to determine their suitability and interest in adopting ezEvent for their event management needs.
Pipeline Management : Maintain an up-to-date lead database, track lead progression, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions.
Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the VP of Business Development and the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Reporting : Provide regular reports on lead generation efforts, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Position Requirements
Qualifications :
Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging and persuading potential clients effectively.
Self-Motivated : Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working both independently and within a team.
Adaptability : Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing strategies and priorities.
Tech-Savvy : Proficient in utilizing online tools, social media, and CRM software for lead generation and tracking.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role is a plus.
Experience in live event ticketing and / or event management or related industries is advantageous.
