As a Construction Project Manager, you will plan and execute commercial and light industrial projects, from acquiring resources through coordinating efforts of the engineering/design team and obtaining permit approvals, the construction/ site contracting crews and the client. You will define project objectives, manage the schedule, oversee quality control and monitor the financial performance of each phase of the program, honing your skills as a business manager, communicator and client relationship builder. As you gain expertise, you’ll be involved with mentoring and coaching others.
