Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise floor staff, including servers, bartenders, security and hosts/hostesses
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Oversee banquet events and ensure smooth execution
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of kitchen management systems and software is preferred
