WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The Connected Commerce Product Management team is looking for a Director of Product Management, Fulfillment and Transportation who will lead the creation, improvement and growth of world-class digital experiences. You will help define and implement the product vision and strategy, handle the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, and help identify market opportunities. You will define and implement a detailed roadmap and product priorities based on a solid understanding of consumer needs, business objectives, insights and an even stronger handle on in-depth data analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Working within Nike, you will be an authority who effectively prioritizes resources appropriately to achieve business objectives. Leading through influence, you will partner with executives across multiple functions to develop a cohesive product strategy, product roadmap, and ensure successful business outcomes. Above all, you will embody the principals of product management while being a constant champion for our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership: Set the strategic direction for our largest consumer products while developing a product roadmap in partnership with other Nike business partners.

* Product strategy and vision: Build and effectively cultivate a data-driven and market-informed product vision and strategy that works in concert with the greater Nike strategy. Identify the strategic product implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives.

* Product lifecycle management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of sophisticated products from conception through launch. Strategize and complete growth initiatives in operating live products.

* Product roadmap definition: Develop a product feature and release roadmap based on business targets, in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of consumer needs.

* People development: Hire, retain, and strengthen a team of product managers to build an energized, engaged, and successful team.

* Communication: Set and clearly articulate the product roadmap, vision, priorities and requirements to multiple partners in both written and oral formats. Gather and incorporate feedback from a diverse range of partners including app and web teams, platform teams, operational teams, legal and global partners.

* Teamwork: Partner with Engineering, Business and Program Management leaders throughout completion of achievements while connecting with analytics teams to deliver efficient results.

WHAT YOU BRING Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

* 10 years experience in technology product management roles

* 5 years experience building and leading successful teams

* 5 years leading cross-functional teams including program management and engineering

* Outstanding written/oral, organizational, data analytical skills, and attention to detail

* Ability to build product deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and requirements specifications

* Experience managing priorities with third party vendors and key partners. Comfortable making build versus buy recommendations based on industry knowledge
