POSITION: PARAMEDIC
REPORTS TO: Paramedic Field Supervisor
As a Paramedic, you have the privilege and opportunity to serve those who need it most. You are an integral part of the healthcare system, and a key member of the Thorne Ambulance Service team. Our paramedics provide compassionate and clinically excellent care to patients in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, event venues, and beyond. Our paramedics are partnered with highly qualified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) who provide additional care and support.
Paramedics at Thorne Ambulance Service are offered regular training opportunities to improve upon current knowledge, and to add new skills. Our paramedics, in time, are offered opportunities to serve as Field Training Officers, Field Supervisors, Operations Managers, and more. Whether a seasoned provider, or a new paramedic, you will have an opportunity to grow at Thorne. At Thorne, you will be compensated at athriving wage, receiving recognition for your experience, qualifications, and education. You will have the opportunity to work a 12-hour rotation or a 24-hour schedule, depending upon your location, personal preference, and current organizational needs.
