Thorn Creek Insurance Services, Inc. is Hiring an Insurance account manager Near Springfield, IL
Account Manager will be an extremely organized, self-motivated key player to the team. The Account Manager will be responsible for servicing and managing a book of agriculture and farm accounts, commercial accounts and some personal lines accounts. Account Manager will help service and retain customers. The Account Manager is responsible for managing the renewal process, prepare certificates of insurance, prepare endorsements, submissions, manage quotes and proposals, answering questions regarding coverage, manage and monitor claims along with other assigned tasks. Account Manager will develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and carrier partners. Account Manager will market submissions to carriers as appropriate and aggressively negotiate new and renewal pricing with carrier. Experience with several carriers is a plus.
Agency offers a very close-knit culture with a work hard play hard mentality in a newly remodeled modern spacious office.
Compensation
Salary starting at $56k depending on experience along with bonuses. Agency offers benefits that will include health, dental, vision, 401k with a company match, paid vacation days, personal sick days, and paid Free Summer Friday's.
Qualifications
Current P&C (Property & Casualty) License required. Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years agriculture/farm insurance experience. Looking for customer-service oriented professional with an engaging & team player attitude.
