Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative and clerical support, managing back-end operations, and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Perform various research activities
- Prepare and transcribe documents, correspondence, and policies
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Maintain records to ensure current and up-to-date information
- Assist in Marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong multitasking abilities
