Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Integrator

Location: Huntsville, AL

This individual will serve as a knowledgeable working-level Foreign Military Sales program integrator in functions to include the following:

Assist government customers in recommendations for modifying, revising, or implementing procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of FMS process development, fielding and enhancement.

Provide technical assistance to customer's staff on matters of day-to-day FMS execution and planning.

Support International Lead with the tracking and completion of tasks assigned to the AMSA International Team.

Knowledge in release of materials to foreign national customers.

Experience in developing and supporting International Engineering Services Programs (IESP)

Experience in developing FMS Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) and Pricing, Availability, and Serviceability (PAS) sheets in support of new and existing FMS requirements

Prepare Manpower and Travel Data Sheets (MTDS) for proper DSAMS input.

Ensure FMS regulations and statutory requirements are adhered to accordingly.

Work with minimal supervision supporting FMS functions for multiple systems and customers.

Assist with FMS technical assistance tracking, information requests, and identify shortfalls or potential shortfalls and recommend corrective action.

Ability to confidently and knowledgably Brief O-6 level staff and FMS customers as required in support of Program Management Reviews, working group meetings or technical meetings with the FMS customers.

Assist in coordination of FMS events within PM AMSA and prepare necessary briefing materials.

Work with minimal supervision supporting FMS functions for multiple systems.

Travel up to 10% may be required.

Part time work is acceptable.

Qualified candidates will:

Have experience in Foreign Military Sales (required)

Have experience working FMS releases (required)

Have significant relevant experience in the FMS field.
