JOB SUMMARY Arranges for the efficient and orderly process flow for admission of inpatient, the registration of outpatients and/or emergency patients. Ensures that accurate patient information is collected and that patients are made aware of hospital policies and procedures. EDUCATION High school diploma or GED required LICENSURE NA EXPERIENCE Three years of office experience is preferred but less experience will also be considered. Must have knowledge customer service. CERTIFICATION NA COMPUTER/TYPING/MATH SKILLS PC skills- Demonstrates proficiency in PC applications as required Must be able to type 25 words per minutes Must have knowledge and functional operation of cash register, copy machine and copiers. Basic skills- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures, spell correctly and transcribe accurately.
