Thomas Doll is Hiring an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk Near Walnut Creek, CA
Thomas Doll a CPA firm located in Walnut Creek is looking for an experienced individual with experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable. This position is a full-time role that will be 100% onsite in Walnut Creek. The person in this role must have great attention to detail, pride themselves on their accuracy, and must be very organized.

Your accounts receivable responsibilities will include:
- Post payments to client invoices.
- Generate and send out invoices as assigned by the AR Manager
- Follow up on and collect on overdue client invoices.
- Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accounts receivable client files and records.
- Investigate and resolve client inquiries.
- Scanning and attaching documents to correct files.
Your accounts payable responsibilities will include:
- Process vendor invoices, corporate credit card charges, and employee expense reimbursements with accuracy.
- Perform check runs weekly or as needed.
- Ensure vendor information is accurate and up to date, including W-9s.
- Help with state, county, or city processing of business licenses, sales and use taxes, and property taxes.
Requirements and Skills:
- College Accounting courses.
- Minimum 3 years accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience.
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
- Knowledge of general accounting principals, including chart of accounts and where costs belong on the financial statements.
- Proficient in Outlook and Sage Intact and/or NetSuite.
