Job Description
The Clinic Administrative Assistant plays a key role in the support of our team and Clinic Management, tasked with assisting with administrative actions related to scheduling, operational resources, EMR, and communications support. This role will be asked to provide direct treatment in session on a shared basis (15-65%), in balance with administrative support functions.
Provides administrative support to Management and Technicians
Assist with the daily schedule to ensure sufficient coverage and efficient operations
Performs administrative tasks including communications, invoices, reports, etc.
Update records in EMR including patient information and timesheets
Supports treatment sessions as necessary
Performs office management tasks including maintaining records, and ordering supplies
Organize and distribute supplies, materials, and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the clinic
Provide support to Clinic personnel during break coverages and transition periods
Contributes to a motivating therapy environment
Direct one on one naturalistic play based therapy in-clinic 
Implementing specified programs/procedures
Communicating regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor
