We are an outpatient clinic serving children who qualify for medically necessary therapy services, including occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and physical therapy. We are passionate about helping children and their families succeed, where they would otherwise struggle. 

As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for: 

• Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, medical billing, payroll, inventory, and HIPAA compliance 
• Supervising and supporting the front office staff (2) and medical billing specialist (1), including being a backup for them whenever needed 
• Reviewing, updating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure quality care, compliance, and high customer satisfaction 
• Recruiting, hiring and training new admin staff as needed 
• Handling human resources (HR) for both admin and therapy staff 
• Maintaining excellent customer service with our families 
• Playing a critical role on the upper management team to support company goals 
• Promoting the clinics services and reputation in the community and online 

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• Prior relevant experience in managing a medical facility or a similar setting 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 
• Knowledge and experience with medical insurance billing and reimbursement 
• Experience in HR, including onboarding new hires, resolving complaints, and elevating team morale 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and QuickBooks 
• A positive attitude, easy demeanor and a sense of humor

Salary from $45,000 to $65,000, depending on abilities and related experience
