The Winfield at Richmond Heights is a Senior Living Community located in Richmond Heights, OH that provides Independent and Assisted Living Services. Our Community promotes a warm and respectful atmsophere for all of our residents and staff.
The Winfield at Richmond Heights is currently searching for a Director of Sales and Marketing for an immediate hire.
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Sales and Marketing Department. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you are responsible and accountable to carry out assisgned duties and report directly to the Executive Director.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain and/or improve community occupancy level and revenue production in accordance with business and marketing plans
* Manage sales process by understanding prospective residents' needs and educating them about the community's services and programs
* Coordinate and complete all activities needed for sales, including visiting prospects' homes, conducting initial assessments or sales presentations, and ensuring all required forms are completed prior to move-in
* Increase community awareness through participation in outside events, professional groups and local community involvement
Required skills and qualifications:
* Proven results in senior living sales a plus!
* Alzheimer's & dementia experience a plus!
* Two years sales experience with a proven track record
* Ability to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing.
* Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks as well as ability to accept directives.
* Team player with industry knowledge and the ability to connect with families.
* Good listening skills, compassionate and empathetic
* Strong business development and event planning skills
* Professional contacts in the market a plus!
