MRI Software is Hiring a Director, Sales Near Cleveland, OH

MRI Software is seeking a revenue-driven sales leader with a proven track record of leading sales teams to success. This role will be leading Business to Business sales professionals focused on generating new and recurring revenue through the sales and marketing of MRI's Living Suite of solutions, which includes, but is not limited to Callmax, CheckpointID, RentPayment, Multifamily Insurance, MRI ApartmentData and various Screening solutions.
Role Requirements:
  • Over 7 years of experience in sales leadership
  • Ideally served in a Director of Sales or VP of Sales role at a high-growth technology organization ($10M-$70M in annual revenue) with experience selling SaaS/Fin-Tech solutions that grew by at least 50% during your tenure.
  • Have hired, trained, managed a sales team of 15 people and Managers
  • Find comfort in a high-growth organization with the support and structure of a Parent company
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience selling a SaaS/Technology solution
Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead day to day management of a MRI Living Sales & Account Management team
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue targets (new, cross sell, expansion, retention)
  • Regularly review sales performance and ensure that the vision and strategy of MRI software is being executed.
  • Achieve and maintain rapport with MRI clients and work to give them the best possible service.
  • Collaborate and align with Product, Marketing, Professional Services and Onboarding teams to ensure we are operating effectively as a cohesive unit.
  • Attend industry events to identify opportunities and challenges from market trends; proactively participate in industry panel discussions
  • Evangelize the products, solutions, and roadmap internally and externally to foster confidence and enthusiasm, ensuring the propensity to hit revenue goals.
  • Willing to travel 10%
