A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT MANAGER

As an Assistant Manager, you play an important role on our team. Each day, you come to work ready to ensure that we provide amazing customer service. To do so, you oversee the staff and ensure that they are proficient in welcoming our customers and helping them feel at home. Occasionally, you step in to handle customer service issues that need your advanced expertise. Adept at organizing, you also maintain the schedule for our team and excel at optimizing their time and resources.

Another of your important management duties is to ensure that we are strict in our compliance with established health and safety regulations for food service. Conscientious about the well-being of our customers, you keep current on the latest updates and ensure that we implement any regulatory changes. You also oversee the bar, ensuring that our service is efficient and profitable. At times, you stop for a moment and bask in your lively surroundings. Seeing our customers having such a good time brings you immense satisfaction. You know they've come to relax and enjoy, and you are happy to help!

QUALIFICATIONS

• 21 years old or older
• Willingness to acquire a Salt Lake County Health Department food handler's permit and alcohol certification within 7 days of hire
