WHAT DOES AN ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER DO?

In this assistant manager role, you oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Your primary focus is to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction, keep financial records up-to-date, and promote happy and efficient staff. As a natural leader, you're involved in recruiting, training, and managing team members to equip them with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service. Leading by example, you warmly and efficiently attend to guests to set the standard for your team.
