At TWBC, our motto is Beer. Food. Fun. We are looking for like minded individuals to join our team! We are a growing Brewery and Distillery with a full restaurant. We are currently seeking PART TIME and FULL TIME Servers available for some lunch and some dinner shifts. Must be available on Saturday and Sunday. We offer flexible hours. We try to work with your schedule.

We are located at 28 East Maiden Street in downtown Washington PA. We specialize in smoked meats and hand tossed wood fired pizzas. We make our own dough, sauces, rubs, etc. We are a small family owned business and treat our employees like our own family.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile.
• Learn about and discuss our craft beer, wine & cocktails.
• Inform guests of specials.
• Perform standard waitstaff duties - take orders, clear tables, run food, complete side work, etc.
• Ensure all areas of our building are clean, tidy, and presentable to guests.
• Work as a team with the front of house and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Prior server/waitstaff experience a plus.
• Friendliness, positive attitude, ability to work in a team - required.
• Must be reliable, on time to work, responsible.
• Must be available on Saturday and Sunday, and for some lunch shifts.
• Love of craft beer preferred, but not required.
