At TWBC, our motto is Beer. Food. Fun. We are looking for like minded individuals to join our team! We are a growing Brewery and Distillery with a full restaurant. We are currently seeking a FULL TIME Cook to add to our team.
We are located at 28 East Maiden Street in downtown Washington PA. We specialize in smoked meats and hand tossed wood fired pizzas. We make our own dough, sauces, rubs, etc. We are a small family owned business and treat our employees like our own family.
Responsibilities
- Work as a team with kitchen and front of house staff
- Prepare hand crafted, house made food
- Develop creative & unique menu items
- Learn all stations (prep, line, pizza, smoked meats)
- Clean as necessary during shift, and complete cleaning checklist at end of shift
- Complete any and all kitchen tasks as needed, including dish and cleaning
Qualifications
- Responsible, reliable, prompt
- Must work well as a team
- Must be willing to do a variety of tasks, work all stations, including dish and cleaning
- Experience with a wood fired pizza oven a plus
- Experience with smoked meats and/or using a Big Green Egg a plus
What We Provide
- Cross training on all stations (prep, line, pizza, smoked meats)
- No late nights - we close at 10pm
