Financial Case Manager

The Financial Case Manager is responsible, in partnership with the Administrator, for all resident related financial management processes in the facility. The Financial Case Manager is responsible to provide all necessary information to applicants, referral sources and families, required to make an informed decision regarding facility admission and educate applicants on the financial policy for full comprehension of payment expectations. The primary responsibility of the Financial Case Manager is to ensure residents understand their financial entitlements, collect payments, and monitor and collect outstanding balances. Responsibilities include oversight of residents finance and assurance that The W Group meets federal, state, and local financial reporting obligations.
