Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Act as the primary point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy services. 

• Provide families with information about our therapy programs, services, and insurance coverage. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client intake information, including insurance verification, authorizations, and consent forms. 

• Collaborate closely with our clinical team to coordinate intake schedules, assess client needs, and develop individualized treatment plans. 

• Keep clients informed of their intake status, next steps, and any additional requirements. 

• Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, maintaining intake-related paperwork, and assisting with billing inquiries.

• Acts as liaison between the office and families

• Coordinate/track client reassessments

• Weekly billing trends

• Monthly care calls with families

• Assist with schedule modifications and case concerns

• Track/file client documentation

Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Administrative experience with proficiency in Excel/Outlook.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and understanding of behavioral health concepts and interventions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
