Job Description:

The Village Club at Pheasant Ridge is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Food Truck Manager for our bustling community. As the Food Truck Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food truck operations, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a creative and innovative menu that caters to the tastes and preferences of our community members.

- Coordinate daily food truck operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service that meets customer expectations.

- Manage inventory and supplies, ordering necessary items in a timely manner to maintain stock levels.

- Hire, train, and supervise a team of food truck employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.

- Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards to uphold health department regulations.

- Monitor and analyze food truck sales and financial performance, taking proactive steps to maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with club management to plan and execute special events and promotions to drive business.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in food service management, specifically in a food truck setting, is preferred.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate a team.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail

- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Hourly Rate: $24-$26/hour.
