In this crucial role, you will be involved with representing the company in Employee Relations and labor negotiations and Collective Bargaining Agreements. Your main objective will be a central point of contact for managers and supervisors as an advisor for complex employee relations matters and as a resource of support and guidance for performance and labor relations.Contributions:Provides comprehensive HR services and support aligned with core values; understands and supports business priorities.Maintains positive employee relations through the consistent administration of company policies and practices.Provides strong problem-solving in a professional, positive, and friendly manner.Conducts investigations and makes recommendations for disciplinary actions, documenting all relevant matters and maintaining employee records. Ensure satisfactory labor relations guidance and direction, at all levels, on contractual and policy interpretation.Leads team in settling grievances with union-represented employees.Ensure compliance, adherence, and application of CBA and policies are administered and addressed effectively.Assist in improving management/workforce relations through the development and implementation of an effective policies, CBA, labor relations training program.Ensuring contractual obligations, (job bids, contractual days) are met and maintained for the life of the CBA.
