Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years construction industry experience. Familiarity with trusses is desired. Must be able to demonstrate a desire to learn and grow in the position to help us as we continue to provide a superior quality product and a high level of customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts site checks and measurements to support outside sales staff
• Provide field support to outside sales representatives to ensure orders are handled efficiently and delivered on time. Follow up with customers to confirm product has met their expectations
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Assist in troubleshooting problems regarding products or delivery. Investigate customer concerns and/or questions when needed
• Assists with field repairs and change orders

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and calculate equations on site
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills
• Experience with Microsoft software and programs
• Valid driver's license

The expected starting pay is $22.00-$24.00 per hour, based on the candidate’s equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification.
