The Topper Factory Inc. & R.V. Center is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative/ Installer with potential to move to a Full-Time position.

Duties / Responsibilities

· Direct customers to the appropriate department / representative

· Answer customer questions (training will be provided)

· Answer phone calls and take messages

· Create invoices and process customer transactions

· Assist in receiving and stocking inventory

· Assist in maintaining a tidy sales room floor

· Assist in shop Installing truck accessories as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma
• Must be able to follow directions
• Must be self-motivated and a team player
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the dealership
• Must have a checking account for direct deposit for paychecks
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have proof of Identity
• Must be fluent in English
• Knowledge of automotive tools and parts preferred.
