We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will train with our Solon location and oversee one of our brand new locations. Our products are rated best in the industry year after year; we are a company with room to grow. This is a role that combines your competitive drive and desire to be a part of a team.
The Sales Manager works collaboratively with the leadership team and other department personnel, executing a sales plan that aligns with corporate growth and objectives. Provides leadership to the sales team. Motivates, trains, and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met. Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Hires and trains local sales staff
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of regional and local sales representatives
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
  • (2-3) Years of Sales Leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferred
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Clean driving record – will be operating a company vehicle
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance and be punctual
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Prior CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
