The Tandym Group is Hiring a Remote Program Manager (Remote)
The Program Manager will:
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on projects that facilitate innovation, productivity, delivery, and scale
- Manage key project risks and issues, including appropriate escalation to leadership, as needed
- Ensure consistency, efficiency, quality, and integrity in all projects and output
- Working collaboratively with the appropriate business and/or team leads to track implementation (including testing, deployment, sign-off of documentation, etc.) of requirements
- Develop and own project plans, timelines, risk assessments, communications, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects
- Identify and track project metrics to determine levels of project effectiveness
- Provide ongoing updates regarding project status, throughout the organization, including with senior leadership
- Assist with business operations, as needed
- 10 years of Program / Project Management
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in SDLC arena
- Familiar with working in Pharma GxP environment
- Familiar with development functions (clinical, regulatory, Clinical Quality, etc.)
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Veeva experience
