The Surplus Line Association of California is Hiring a Marketing Manager (FT) Near San Ramon, CA

Job Information
  • Salary: $95,000 - $105,000.
  • Full time: In-Office/Hybrid Flexible.
  • MUST BE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual with a strong foundation in strategy and brand marketing. The marketing manager will help develop marketing strategies, analyze data, and support marketing initiatives for the organization. The role is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and ensuring they are completed on time.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
  • 5 years of experience in membership services or marketing.
  • Experience in B2B with emphasis on account management and customer service.
  • Leadership experience managing a team and working across multiple departments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and partner with leadership and other departments to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects, oversee the marketing calendar, communicate, and identify issues or risks to stakeholders, and deliver projects on time. This includes prioritizing key projects according to scope and importance.
  • Analyze marketing data points including campaign performance.
  • Deliver information intelligently to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Design and implement marketing workflows to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee marketing technology tools including Account Engagement (Pardot).
Skills and Abilities:
  • Possess strong management and people skills.
  • Ability to manage a team of dynamic individuals while running a highly visible department.
  • Must be able to run multiple projects at one time with the ability to pivot quickly as priorities are fluid.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
