The Sterling Group is Hiring a Business Development Center Representative Near Jarratt, VA

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Representative. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. This position requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Manage projects related to business development initiatives, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure new contracts and partnerships

Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning and market analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,099.45 - $95,883.21 per year
