The Sales Manager at our prestigious jewelry store is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent leadership, sales, and customer service skills. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's high standards of customer satisfaction, brand representation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales goals.
• Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring each client receives personalized and attentive service.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all products, including new collections and bestsellers, to effectively assist customers and train staff.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and effective display of products.
• Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive and effective product displays.
• Store Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and events that drive traffic and sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
